The Impact of Employee Empowerment on Employee Performance: A Study on Human Resource Management in the USA

This study aims to investigate the relationship between employee empowerment and employee performance in the USA. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study is employees who work in various industries in the USA, and the sample size is 200 respondents. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results show that employee empowerment has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. The study concludes that employee empowerment is an essential strategy that can improve employee performance in organizations.
