Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management strategies of companies in America. This research employs a case study approach to explore the different approaches and methods used by companies in formulating and implementing their management strategies. Data will be collected from multiple sources such as published reports, company websites, and interviews with key personnel. The study aims to identify the most effective strategies that have contributed to the success of companies in America. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights for companies in America and other regions that seek to enhance their management strategies. The results of this research can also contribute to the existing literature on management strategy and help to expand the knowledge base in this area.
