The existence of technology plays an important role in the world of education. Through the implementation of technology, learning through e-learning can be achieved. However, at the same time, e-learning is often not inclusive, so students with special needs are often unable to experience the benefits of this technology. This research then intends to see how the development of an inclusive e-learning platform can be implemented to support online learning in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained through the results of literature studies that are relevant to the research. The results of this research then found that technological advances have brought innovations in education, such as e-learning, which supports students with disabilities to receive learning on a par with normal students. Even though e-learning provides equal learning opportunities for students with special needs, there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome, such as problems with teachers, students, facilities, e-learning accessibility, and technical problems. All of these factors have an important role in the sustainability of inclusive learning.
